We offer a hassle-free return process for items purchased from our online store. Most new, unworn items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

  • Original packaging intact
  • Returned within 7 days of receiving your order

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@finorasilk.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item(s) with the original packing slip and clearly write your RAN on the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, follow the return process above. The first exchange will be shipped at no additional cost.

7. Late Returns

Returns received after the 7-day return window will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet this policy.
